How do I convert the caddy into a shoulder bag?

What is the difference between vegan leather and genuine leather?
The Felix + Stone Premium Vegan Leather range is made from ethically sourced, luxurious 100% animal/PVC free man made material otherwise known as PU. We use Premium Vegan Leather for our bags as it is much lighter than leather, easy to care for and wipeable. We know how much needs to be packed into a bag and how quickly they can get quite heavy, so we wanted to make our bags out of a nice light material.
How should I care for my bag?
We’ve taken special care to create durable, fashion-forward bags that will last a long time. A little love and care will go a long way!
Here are some tips to help keep your bag looking it's best:
• Follow the care instructions below, according to the material type
• Do not submerge your bag in water or machine wash it as this will result in an unfavorable variation to the surface of the fabric, lessening the beauty and shine of it
• Be careful not to leave your bag in direct sunlight for long periods of time
• Keep your bag away from harsh surfaces that may scratch or damage the materials
• To keep your bag looking it's best, minor scuffs may be concealed with shoe polish
Vegan Leather
Vegan leather bags are made from PU and can be cleaned with a soft cloth and warm soapy cloth. We do not recommend submerging in water. Washing your bag will result in an unfavorable variation to the surface of the fabric, lessening the beauty and the shine of it.
Washing will also cause the interfacing (stabilizing structure of the bag) to break down resulting in a lessening of the stiffness of the structure of the bag.
Please note that the lining of the bag and change mat can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth. Then it should be air dried flat.
You may use a very cool iron on the cotton side of your change mat if it curls up a bit at the edges.

Are your products covered under NDIS?
If you or a loved one have an NDIS plan that includes a consumables budget, you may be eligible to claim the cost of wheelchair accessories.
We recommend consulting with your Plan Manager or Agency to confirm your eligibility and to receive guidance on the claiming process.
We are happy to provide an itemised invoice to support any eligible claims—simply contact us after placing your order, and we will send this to you.
Additionally, our products may be covered under the Mobility Aids section of Home Care Packages. Please reach out if you require an invoice or further assistance.
Can I get an invoice for NDIS?
Yes, we’re happy to provide an invoice to support eligible NDIS claims. Please request an invoice at the time of ordering or contact us here.

What is your returns policy?
We offer change of mind returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Returned products must be in their original condition with all tags and original packaging.
